Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower on Choice and weak on Select on light to 
Moderate demand and offerings. Select and Choice rib and chuck cuts steady to
firm while round cuts steady to weak. Choice loin cuts steady while Select 
lower. Beef trimmings unevenly steady on light demand and heavy offerings.
